This unusual property is situated near the village of Farmborough, 5 miles from Bath. A largely eighteenth century farm and courtyard of agricultural buildings is Malaby Martin's latest restoration project. This unique location benefits from far-reaching, spectacular views over Duchy of Cornwall land and towards Bath.

Set in 25 acres, Castle Farm has been successfully redeveloped and all houses have now been sold.

Old Park Farm is a stunning development of two exceptional properties on the outskirts of Devizes.

Situated at the end of a private road and surrounded by farmland, this development marries the convenience of a thriving market town and all necessary amenities, with a rural lifestyle.

The Granary and The Long Barn have now been sold.

This development of traditional eighteenth century farm buildings has been thoughtfully converted into six well equipped homes and lies at the end of a long private access drive. The buildings themselves were originally part of the adjacent farm with its Georgian farmhouse.

After two years of careful construction and renovation the final phase was completed in 2006 and all the properties have been sold.

Ivy Cottage is an enchanting Grade II listed property on the edge of the village of Rode, 10 miles south of Bath. Originally a pair of seventeenth and eighteenth century agricultural cottages, the building had lain derelict for 35 years.

Malaby Martin restored the property to a very high specification using original materials to achieve an original and comfortable home. This property has now been sold.
